What is Tyrvaya (varenicline solution) for?

Tyrvaya (varenicline solution) is a highly selective cholinergic agonist indicated for the treatment of the signs and symptoms of dry eye disease.^[1]

How is Tyrvaya (varenicline solution) taken?

• One spray (0.03 mg) in each nostril twice daily (about 12 hours apart).
