Legal context

What makes us qualified to help you get medicines unavailable in your country.

Who is Everyone.org?

Everyone.org is a certified B Corporation and a GDP-certified pharmaceutical wholesaler. We are registered and audited by the Dutch Ministry of Health, and we operate globally.

You can verify our license here (registration number 16258 G).

As a pharmaceutical wholesaler,  our license allows us to use the Compassionate Use framework for unapproved medicines. Named Patient Import is part of this framework.

When is it legal to buy unapproved medicines?

We can safely and legally help you, as long as you meet the requirements of the Named Patient Import regulation. This regulation allows patients to buy and import a medicine that is not available in their country, if the medicine:

  • has been prescribed by the patient’s treating doctor;
  • addresses a life-threatening or debilitating disease;
  • is not approved and/or available in the patient’s country, but is approved somewhere else;
  • has no alternatives available locally;
  • is strictly for personal use and for an individual patient;

Other requirements may apply depending on the patient’s country.

How we ensure medicine authenticity

As a pharmaceutical wholesaler, we have to comply with the Good Distribution Practice (GDP) specified by European Law. We’re not required to be GDP-certified,  but we are. And we’re regularly audited by the Dutch Ministry of Health, because we take high quality standards seriously and we want you to rest assured that we can guarantee them.

When we source medicines, we only use a trusted network of partners, who have been carefully chosen, audited and qualified. We have verified the origin and quality of the products they offer as well as their certifications and ability to maintain a reliable stock.

All these processes help us ensure that we only supply authentic medicines. And in the process, we also negotiate the best price, so we can pass along these savings to you. Because it’s our mission to make medicine affordable to as many patients as possible.

Find out how our process works, who we are, and more.
